To foster personal and professional growth, we have implemented numerous initiatives to develop, advance, and empower lawyers and aspiring lawyers from all backgrounds.

Pipeline and Outreach Programs
From high school to law school and beyond, we prepare and inspire future diverse attorneys through a variety of programs. These programs include diversity summer clerkships, mock trial programs, diversity-focused career fairs, and internships for underrepresented high school students.

Training and Educational Opportunities
Robins Kaplan provides education and comprehensive training to firm members in order to foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment. We celebrate and honor the following:

  • Hispanic Heritage Month
  • Disability Justice seminars
  • And More

Additionally, the firm’s annual Attorneys of Color Conference provides a platform for attorneys to discuss common concerns, share individual experiences, and enhance professional development. Other key topics of trainings include women’s leadership, diversity awareness, and unconscious bias.

Strategic Partnerships and Sponsorships
Robins Kaplan encourages and sponsors attorneys’ participation in national and local diversity-focused organizations and affinity bar groups. Through the Robins Kaplan Private Foundation, we sponsor numerous nonprofit organizations and programs committed to diversity and inclusion each year.
