Robins Kaplan LLP Announces 2024 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow and Pathfinder
February 12, 2024
Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that Tommy Du has been selected as a member of the 2024 class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows. Additionally, Stephanie Quartararo has been selected to the 2024 class of LCLD Pathfinders.
The LCLD Fellows program connects high-potential, diverse attorneys from LCLD member organizations for a year-long professional development program focused on leadership and relationship building. It provides participants with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as experts in the fields of learning, development, and executive coaching. The LCLD Pathfinders program equips early-career attorneys with practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks through relationship-building skills, foundational leadership skills, and understanding of career development strategies applicable to both in-house and law firm practice.
According to LCLD, Fellows have distinguished themselves within their organizations by being deeply engaged, indispensable to key clients and teams, invested in attorney mentoring and professional development, and on a trajectory toward leadership positions. Pathfinders have been identified as early-career emerging leaders who have distinguished—or have the potential to distinguish—themselves within their organizations.
Tommy Du has obtained significant recoveries for plaintiffs and dismissals of lawsuits for defendants in a variety of complex business and commercial litigation cases. He has helped clients through trial, obtaining complete judgments in their favor and even obtaining significant recoveries for clients on their counterclaims. He has also assisted clients through preliminary injunctions, including helping a client obtain a complete denial on a request for preliminary injunction in claims involving the Lanham Act and unfair competition.
With a focus on business and commercial litigation, Stephanie Quartararo has represented a range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, individuals, and government agencies, in every aspect of litigation. Stephanie regularly represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and intellectual property matters as well as matters involving property insurance litigation and insurance coverage. She has obtained both recoveries for plaintiffs and dismissals of lawsuits for defendants in a variety of cases.
