Joe Prive is an attorney in the firm’s Boston office who focuses his practice on business litigation and business law. Leveraging his experience in the Marine Corps and at a national commercial litigation practice, Joe brings hard work and efficiency to help clients achieve their goals. Joe has helped clients through all pre-trial litigation stages, from initial risk and goal assessments, initiating suits, and aggressively pursuing discovery, to summary judgment.
Previously, Joe managed e-discovery platforms in the complex litigation and mass tort contexts, adapting to various software platforms to serve client data and discovery needs.
Prior to working as a business litigator, Joe served for five years in Marine Corps intelligence, including a tour in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. He enjoys English history and literature and spending time with his family.
