Experience
Jared Burns is a dedicated problem solver who leverages his business, legal, and leadership background to help clients resolve disputes. As a litigator and former federal court Clerk, Jared has helped a wide range of clients from small businesses and individuals to Fortune 100 companies and government entities. Jared has assisted clients in all stages of litigation from evaluating potential cases to trials and appeals.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jared served as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps and continues to serve in the Marine Corps Reserve. Jared leverages this experience in representing clients in a variety of industries, including in healthcare, transportation, construction and development, and many other industries. He has represented clients before the United States Courts of Appeal for the Eleventh and D.C. Circuits, the Northern, Middle, and Southern District of Florida, and Florida state trial and appellate courts.
