LMG Life Sciences Names Robins Kaplan Partner Jake Holdreith ‘General Patent Litigator of the Year’

The annual LMG Life Sciences awards recognize leading attorneys, law firms, and in-house counsel teams that have played a significant role in the life sciences industry over the last 12 months. Winners were selected based on research involving feedback from clients in the industry, nearly 1,000 interviews and surveys by partners active in the United States, and reviews of public information. According to the publication, this process led to the selection of the “highest profile, most sought-after and best attorneys working in life sciences.”
Mr. Holdreith leads Robin Kaplan’s Health and Life Sciences Industry Group and is well-known as strategist, trusted counselor and able courtroom lawyer. He has tried jury cases to multi-million dollar verdicts, and has resolved complex cases at all stages of litigation.
