Kellie Lerner Named to The National Law Journal’s Annual List of “Antitrust and M&A Trailblazers”

September 26, 2016—Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that partner Kellie Lerner has been named to The National Law Journal’s annual list of Antitrust and M&A Trailblazers. Ms. Lerner is one of only 50 attorneys honored this year.

The list recognizes attorneys who have moved the needle in antitrust law, and honors the extraordinary accomplishments of innovative thinkers and leading practitioners in this space. This is the second year that The National Law Journal has held this award.

With more than a decade of experience litigating high-stakes antitrust disputes, Ms. Lerner has recovered nearly $100 million for victims of anticompetitive conduct and has led a number of groundbreaking antitrust class actions. She also defends corporate clients in major antitrust litigation and regularly provides antitrust counseling. In her Trailblazers profile, The National Law Journal highlights Ms. Lerner’s work in In re Abbott Labs Norvir Antitrust Litigation, in which she secured an eight-figure settlement stemming from Abbott Laboratories’ price increase of the HIV treatment Norvir. The profile also recognizes her success in In re Flat Glass II Litigation, in which she secured a $22 million settlement without the benefit of any underlying government investigation.
