New York Law Journal Recognizes Kellie Lerner as a Rising Star 2013

NEW YORK (June 5, 2013) – Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. is pleased to announce that Kellie Lerner has been selected a “Rising Star 2013” and is profiled in the June 6, 2013 issue of New York Law Journal.

Ms. Lerner has over a decade of experience litigating high stakes antitrust actions, where she has successfully obtained nearly $100 million on behalf of her clients. She has worked on several groundbreaking antitrust cases, including serving as a member of the trial team in In re Abbott Laboratories Norvir Antitrust Litigation, which challenged Abbott's 400% price increase of a life-saving HIV medication. On the eve of trial, the team negotiated a $10 million settlement for the benefit of non-profit organizations serving individuals living with HIV/AIDS. She also played a significant role in In re Flat Glass II Antitrust Litigation (obtaining more than $22 million in settlements) and In re Puerto Rican Cabotage Antitrust Litigation (obtaining $52 million in settlements).
