Audra M. O'Rourke
Antitrust Research Analyst

Experience
As a research analyst in the Robins Kaplan Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group, Audra O'Rourke leverages 15 years of experience in law firm case support and development to help a diverse team of attorneys identify and initiate first-of-their kind antitrust class actions.
Robins Kaplan attorneys primarily rely on Ms. O’Rourke to provide economic, investigative, and legal analysis for a high volume of potential new antitrust matters under evaluation where businesses or individuals have been harmed by anti-competitive conduct. In this capacity, Ms. O’Rourke provides daily news briefings to attorneys, supports ongoing investigations and related client outreach, analyzes and drafts summaries of new complaints and the procedural posture of dockets monitored by the group, reviews and summarizes conflicts analyses, and manages deadlines for case preparation.
Ms. O’Rourke also serves as a critical member of case teams in ongoing litigation of complex antitrust cases. Working hand-in-hand with attorneys and other professional staff, Ms. O’Rourke’s support includes preparation and management of a high volume of legal documents; collection, arrangement, and preservation of evidence and other documents required for legal proceedings; as well as research and delivery of factual and documentary support for allegations in complaints.
Ms. O’Rourke is also a trusted resource to the firm’s clients and referral counsel. She is principally responsible for drafting and publishing regular client alerts and serves as co-editor of the firm’s Antitrust Newsletter.
