Endo and Mallinckrodt v. Amneal Pharms. LLC (D. Del.); Endo and Gruenenthal v. Amneal Pharms. LLC (S.D.N.Y.)
Robins Kaplan LLP served as lead trial counsel to Amneal in Hatch-Waxman patent litigation in the District of Delaware and the Southern District of New York brought by plaintiffs, asserting infringement of a patent claiming a form of oxymorphone. While on appeal, the FDA made Endo withdraw its oxymorphone product from the market and the case ultimately settled.
