Reached Favorable Settlement for Software Developer in License Dispute Related to Testing of Bellows Used in SpaceX and Virgin Rocket Engines

Daniel Fishbaugh v. Bellows Manufacturing & Research et al
Robins Kaplan LLP litigated and favorably settled a software copyright infringement case, after being awarded sanctions and prevailing on a motion to dismiss most of the counter claims. The software in dispute tested bellows for SpaceX and Virgin rockets being used in both the cooling and propulsion systems.
