Peter provides strategic advice to efficiently obtain results for his clients. Over the course of his career, he has represented clients of all sizes, from large corporations to individual homeowners. Peter has extensive experience with all stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, pleadings, all stages of discovery, summary judgments, alternative dispute resolution, and representing clients at trial. Peter’s practice focuses on general liability, professional malpractice, product liability, construction litigation, and commercial disputes. Peter also has experience on the transaction side, managing acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions and corporate governance and formation to put his clients and their businesses on the path to success.
Prior to law school, Peter worked for KPMG LLP in Boston, where he worked on the audits of mutual funds, private equity clients, and pension funds. As an undergraduate, Peter was the Editor in Chief of the Massachusetts Daily Collegian.
While his interests have ranged from publishing to hedge funds, Peter has more recently focused on transactional work, the insurance industry, and intellectual property disputes. Peter has represented clients in a variety of Massachusetts Courts, including the District Court, Housing Court, Superior Court, the Appeals Court, and in the U.S. District Court, Massachusetts.
