Mayo Clinic v. Cockerill, Franklin
Served as counsel to Quest Diagnostics in Mayo Collaborative Services LLC et al. vs Franklin R. Cockerill et al., case number 55-CV-14-6861, in the State District Court of Minnesota, Olmsted County, a matter filed by Mayo Clinic LLC against a former top Mayo executive involving claims of breach of fiduciary duty and trade secret. The dispute resolved in a confidential settlement.
