Ben concentrates primarily on business litigation, handling issues ranging from contractual disputes to complex financial litigation. As a dedicated advocate, Ben helps clients develop unique strategies to address their ever-growing business needs.
Ben attended law school at the University of Minnesota, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Ben worked as an article submission editor at the Minnesota Law Review and was a certified student attorney in the Innocence Clinic. He was also the founder and president of the Middle Eastern Affairs Legal Society, a student organization focused on discussing the geopolitical issues facing the contemporary Middle East.
Prior to joining the firm, Ben worked as a research assistant for Professor Michael Tonry and as a law clerk for a small litigation firm in Minneapolis. As a law clerk, Ben helped research and write briefs for a variety of business and civil rights cases.
