November 7, 2023
Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that partners Jake Holdreith, Christopher Larus, Cyrus Morton, and Ronald Schutz have been named to the IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders Guide. According to IAM, the guide “draws from the worlds of private practice, consulting, and other service providers, with specialists from the major IP markets in North America, Europe and Asia. Together they possess a wealth of expertise across disciplines and sectors.”
Jake Holdreith is a member of the firm’s Executive Board and the leader of the firm’s Life Sciences Group. He has tried jury cases to multi-million-dollar verdicts and resolved complex cases at all stages of litigation. Based on his accomplishments, he was recently admitted to the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America.
Christopher Larus is the chair of the firm’s National IP and Technology Litigation Group. For more than 25 years, he has helped leading technology companies protect and monetize their intellectual property. He tries complex patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright and licensing dispute cases in courts throughout the United States and in both national and international arbitration.
Cyrus Morton is chair of the firm’s Patent Office Trials Group. For over 25 years, he has counseled clients ranging from small companies and solo inventors to large corporate clients on all aspects of IP-related litigation. His PTAB practice has led him to become the first, and still only, attorney in the country to handle all four types of post-grant proceedings under the America Invents Act.
Ronald Schutz serves as chair of the firm’s Executive Board. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been recognized by numerous legal organizations and publications as one of the top lawyers in the country.
