Robins Kaplan Files U.S. Supreme Court Amicus Brief on Behalf of Former National Security Advisors and Army Generals

On Friday, October 8, 2021, Robins Kaplan LLP filed an amicus brief on behalf of over a dozen former national security advisors and army generals (including Richard A. Clarke, Joel Rayburn, and Robert Greenway) supporting the petitioners’ request for the Supreme Court to grant review of the lower court’s decision.
The plaintiffs in the case, Tzvi Weiss, et al., Petitioners v. National Westminster Bank, PLC, are American terror victims and their families. They sued the defendant for its role in allowing Hamas, an officially designated terrorist group, access to millions of dollars, which was used to finance violent terrorist activity against American citizens.
