The New York Women in Antitrust Group was pleased to host Dr. Yvette Erasmus for her workshop, “How to Have Difficult Conversations.”

How do you have meaningful, constructive conversations when there is intense disagreement?
How can you change hearts and minds on the issues you care about most?

The tools provided in this workshop will help participants gain the confidence and clarity they need to address emotionally charged situations and other hot-button issues. Participants will learn how to manage emotions, understand others’ perspectives, find common ground, avoid self-righteousness, and speak their own truth candidly and effectively.

This event is by invitation only. Questions? Contact Mabel Marte at MMarte@RobinsKaplan.com or 212.980.7476.
