Understanding and Managing Your "Natural" Litigation Risk

After five years of lawsuits, and dozens of rulings, some predictability has emerged concerning the litigation risks surrounding the “natural” label. While many questions remain unanswered, there are concrete steps that food and beverage producers should take in evaluating and managing their litigation risk, and several important litigation tools available if one does decide to litigate. This presentation will discuss the rulings, manageable steps, and litigation tools needed to manage future litigation risk and more effectively defend a label in court.
