Achieved $900K Settlement on Behalf of Client with Traumatic Brain Injury

Achieved a $900,000 settlement in Ramsey County, Minnesota, on behalf of our client after she sustained a traumatic brain injury caused by a rear-end car crash. As a result of the traumatic brain injury, our client suffers from hypersomnia, which prevents her from having a full sleep cycle. Without medication, our client cannot enter a complete sleep cycle and is constantly tired, no matter how much sleep she gets. A majority of the settlement dollars will help ensure the client has the ability to pay for expensive medication to treat hypersomnia.
