Overview
Alexander Rosselli focuses his practice on antitrust, class action, healthcare, and other complex commercial litigation. He has represented clients in high-stakes litigation and government investigations in a wide range of industries, including real estate, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, tech, and retail. He has experience in every stage of litigation, from case initiation, discovery, motion practice, trial, and post-trial proceedings. Alexander has represented clients in state and federal courts around the country, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Department of Justice.
Prior to joining Robins Kaplan, Alexander worked as a litigation and antitrust associate in the Chicago and Washington, D.C. offices of two global law firms and served as a law clerk to Judge Richard Young at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Alexander graduated cum laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Before becoming a lawyer, Alexander spent nearly a decade working on political campaigns at every level of government.

Represented Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, a mortgage lender, in a putative class action in the Middle District of Tennessee alleging algorithmic price fixing and illegal information sharing claims under Section 1 of the Sherman Act. Represented AptarGroup, a pharmaceutical company, in an antirust dispute in the Southern District of California involving tying and monopolization claims under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act. (Prior to joining Robins Kaplan LLP)
