James Kitces, Managing Partner of the firm’s Boston office, has been appointed to the Insurance Authority Board for the second consecutive year. A leading insurance litigator, Kitces focuses on complex first-party property, third-party liability, and subrogation disputes. He is a frequent speaker and thought leader known for delivering results in high-stakes coverage matters.

Raoul Shah has been appointed to the Access to Justice Board. A partner in the firm’s Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Group, Shah is deeply committed to pro bono service and expanding access to justice. He serves on the Volunteer Lawyers Network Board of Directors and advocates for underserved individuals and communities throughout Minnesota.

Travis Waller has been selected to the Connecticut Board for the second year in a row. An intellectual property litigator, Waller focuses on complex patent disputes across industries including biotechnology, life sciences, software, and telecommunications. He represents both Fortune 500 companies and individual inventors in patent enforcement, defense, and inventorship matters.
