Overview

Tony Schrank is a trial lawyer, husband, father, and Robins Kaplan partner who is dedicated to standing up for people who have been wronged. He has devoted his entire career to advocating for injured clients and supporting families who have lost loved ones to wrongful death.

Clients turn to Tony when the stakes are high. He has achieved multiple seven-figure recoveries on behalf of people impacted by traumatic brain injuries, industrial incidents, and fatal motor vehicle crashes. Many of these matters are confidential, but they share a common thread: Tony works to deliver meaningful results that support his clients’ recovery and long-term needs.

Tony brings deep litigation experience to every case. He tries cases, has taken several hundred depositions, argued dispositive and significant motions, first-chaired arbitrations, and guided clients through effective mediations—always with a focus on the best possible outcome.

Before joining Robins Kaplan, Tony held a private personal injury practice in Anoka, Minnesota. Tony is licensed to practice in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
