Experience
As a Discovery Attorney, Tyler leverages subject matter knowledge and technical tools to connect the unique facts and legal requirements of each matter. He focuses on understanding the business of each client to efficiently identify the most important documents and electronically stored information while utilizing our suite of technology to reduce costs and drive better results, faster. He also connects our legal teams with a wide array of internal resources including the firm’s experienced group of Ediscovery Project Managers and Analysts.
Tyler has multiple years of experience with litigation matters related to mortgage-backed securities and structured finance. Additionally, he has worked on multiple other matters related to corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, insurance litigation (coverage and subrogation), intellectual property litigation, and contract disputes.
After graduating from the University of Minnesota Law School and prior to joining Robins Kaplan, Tyler represented low-income taxpayers in disputes with the IRS and Minnesota Department of Revenue.
