Overview
Campbell M. Stuart is an associate at Robins Kaplan in the Insurance and Catastrophic Loss Group. He represents insurers, reinsurers, risk retention groups, managing general agents, managing general underwriters, and other insurer-side entities in complex coverage and bad faith matters and related litigation. His experience spans a range of coverage lines, including liability, property, and M&A representations and warranties insurance. Campbell brings familiarity with U.S. and London insurance markets and has handled coverage and extra-contractual liability matters across multiple U.S. and foreign jurisdictions.
Campbell earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law. He also holds an LL.M. (International Commercial Law) from University College London, where he received distinction for his dissertation addressing fraudulent insurance claims and the insured’s post-contractual duty of good faith under English law, and an LL.B. (Scots Law, 1st Class Hons.) from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Washington.
A San Antonio, Texas native, Campbell loves dogs, pickleball, and strategy board games.
