Matt Cardosi advises domestic and international commercial property insurers on high-stakes claims, litigation, and regulatory matters. He has played a key role in representing insurers in COVID-19 business interruption claims, including precedent-setting victories, and regularly handles catastrophic loss cases nationwide, from hurricanes and floods to wildfires and explosions. Matt also represents clients in builder’s risk, third-party liability, subrogation, and general commercial litigation matters.

Morgia Holmes maintains a diverse business litigation practice, representing clients in high-value and mid-sized matters involving financial and securities fraud, breach of contract, shareholder oppression, and other complex commercial disputes. She has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in pre-dispute resolution, arbitration, and state and federal district and appellate courts. Before joining the firm, she practiced in California, gaining experience in antitrust, insurance, toxic tort, and immigration law.

Taylore Karpa Schollard maintains a robust insurance and general litigation practice, representing clients in complex coverage disputes across the United States and advising on policy interpretation and claims handling. She has successfully handled high-profile matters, including COVID-19 coverage litigation, and has secured favorable outcomes in appraisal, arbitration, and bench trial proceedings. She is active in pro bono work and recognized as a Massachusetts Rising Star by Super Lawyers and listed in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch.

Devon Villarreal advises businesses and individuals on a wide range of legal matters and represents clients in complex civil litigation, including contract and partnership disputes, workplace harassment claims, federal and state statutory violations, and tort actions. Devon has achieved significant victories for clients in industries ranging from telecommunications to insurance. She also helps clients resolve disputes before litigation, advocating effectively in negotiations and settlements. With a background in public policy, Devon brings a strategic, big-picture perspective to her legal practice.
