2026 Annual CLE Event Presented by the Wealth Planning, Administration, and Fiduciary Disputes Group

October 22, 2026 | 1:00 p.m.  – 5:00 PM CT | Reception to Follow

This annual CLE event, presented by the Wealth Planning, Administration, and Fiduciary Disputes Group, is tailored for legal professionals, fiduciaries, wealth advisors, and others who help businesses, families, and individuals navigate the various challenges that arise for fiduciaries and those who rely on them. This year, we turn our attention to “Dollars & Sense: Tools, Trends, and Trusted Advisors,” exploring the financial calculations, economic pressures, and valuation questions that shape fiduciary responsibilities. Through practical and thought-provoking sessions, attendees will examine how wealth is measured, transferred, taxed, valued, and disputed, and why some of the most challenging fiduciary matters involve balancing financial outcomes with deeply personal interests and emotions.
