Neda is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology group, focusing on life sciences patent litigation and international licensing disputes. She leverages her experience in FDA compliance and her proficiency in German and other world languages to support clients through complex, technology-driven matters in the global life sciences landscape. Her international background—shaped by time in Germany as a Fulbright Scholar, in Morocco as a Gilman International Scholar, in Jordan as a Critical Language Scholar, and in Japan as an English teacher—gives her a distinctive ability to navigate cross-border issues and communicate effectively across cultures.
Neda earned her law degree from the University of Minnesota. Her blend of technical insight, global perspective, and clear communication allows her to translate sophisticated scientific and regulatory issues into strategic, practical advocacy for her clients.
