Her international background—shaped by time in Germany as a Fulbright Scholar, in Morocco as a Gilman International Scholar, in Jordan as a Critical Language Scholar, and in Japan as an English teacher—gives her a distinctive ability to navigate cross-border issues and communicate effectively across cultures.
Neda earned her law degree from the University of Minnesota. Her blend of technical insight, global perspective, and clear communication allows her to translate sophisticated scientific and regulatory issues into strategic, practical advocacy for her clients.
