Overview

Hayden is an associate in the firm’s Mass Tort group, where he represents individuals harmed by corporate misconduct and works to hold companies accountable for unsafe and deceptive practices.

Before joining the firm, Hayden earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. During law school, he served as a Steiger Fellow with the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office in the Public Protection Division, where he developed a strong interest in consumer protection and products liability litigation. In that role, he gained experience investigating and addressing issues affecting consumers and public safety.

Hayden also externed for Judge Tracy Smith of the Minnesota Court of Appeals, where he strengthened his legal research, analytical, and writing skills through work on a wide range of appellate matters.
