Maria Cho focuses her practice on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy.
Prior to joining Robins Kaplan, Maria first served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Robert N. Kwan and then served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Martin R. Barash of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. During her time working for the judges, Maria gained a comprehensive view of the bankruptcy process from start to finish.
Maria obtained her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. Maria also attended University of Southern California for her undergraduate degree, majoring in International Relations with an emphasis in Global Business.
Maria will serve as the Young Professionals Chair for the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) for the 2020-2021 term.
