Brandon is a dedicated, enthusiastic problem solver. As an associate in Robin Kaplan’s Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation practice group, he applies his multidisciplinary background to creatively and proactively present solutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Brandon earned his law degree at the University of Minnesota Law School, graduating with a concentration in Intellectual Property & Technology. While in law school, Brandon honed his writing skills as a Note & Comment Editor on the Minnesota Law Review, a Student Instructor for the law school’s Legal Research & Writing Program, and as a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
