Overview
Adrian Kipp has spent his legal career representing clients in a range of complex business and intellectual property disputes. He has represented clients through every stage of litigation, from performing pre-suit evaluations, initiating suits, and aggressively pursuing discovery to handling summary judgment, mediation, trial on the merits in federal court, and post-trial motions and appeal. Adrian represents clients in a variety of intellectual property and technology matters, including patent and trademark infringement, copyright disputes, and licensing issues.
Prior to becoming a litigator, Adrian worked as a chemist in a range of industries, including for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer.
