Overview

Adrian Kipp has spent his legal career representing clients in a range of complex business and intellectual property disputes. He has represented clients through every stage of litigation, from performing pre-suit evaluations, initiating suits, and aggressively pursuing discovery to handling summary judgment, mediation, trial on the merits in federal court, and post-trial motions and appeal. Adrian represents clients in a variety of intellectual property and technology matters, including patent and trademark infringement, copyright disputes, and licensing issues.

Prior to becoming a litigator, Adrian worked as a chemist in a range of industries, including for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. After law school, he honed his litigation skills by working on complex commercial disputes before merging that experience with his passion for technology by focusing on IP litigation. In doing so, Adrian has represented clients in a wide range of jurisdictions, including before the USPTO, the District of Massachusetts, the District of Rhode Island, the District of Minnesota, and New York.
