Robins Kaplan LLP has once again received top rankings in the recent Antitrust Annual Report produced by The Huntington National Bank and the Center for Litigation and Courts at UC Hastings College of Law.

Robins Kaplan is ranked among the leading firms in four categories:

  • Top 50 Cases with Settlements Reaching Final Approval 2009-2024 – Ranked #1
  • Top 25 Lead Counsel in Number of Settlements Filed – Ranked #3
  • Top 25 Lead Counsel in Class Recovery – Ranked #3
  • Top 25 Lead Counsel in Complaints Filed – Ranked #13

The Antitrust Annual Report compiles data from all antitrust class actions litigated in United States Federal Court from 2009 through 2024. Now in its seventh year, the report provides a data-driven analysis of the volume of antitrust class action complaints filed each year, average times to settlement, recoveries, law firms representing plaintiffs and defendants, and more.

“It’s incredibly meaningful to see our team’s work recognized year after year,” said Stacey Slaughter, co-chair of the firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group. “We care deeply about the cases we take on and the clients we serve, and this acknowledgment reflects the dedication, collaboration, and creativity our team brings to every matter. We’re proud to help shape the future of antitrust law while delivering real results for those we represent.”
