The Corporate Equality Index evaluates corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality, including non-discrimination policies, equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families, supporting an inclusive culture, and corporate social responsibility.
Robins Kaplan is dedicated to advancing LGBTQ+ rights through meaningful legal advocacy and education. The firm regularly partners with OutFront Minnesota to provide pro bono legal clinics for transgender individuals seeking name changes.
