With decades of experience, he advises a broad range of clients—including debtors, creditors, trustees, fiduciaries, and investors—on sophisticated matters involving insolvency, distressed debt, fiduciary liability, and asset recovery.

Menton’s practice spans a wide array of matters, including corporate bankruptcy litigation, creditor rights and remedies, fiduciary disputes, director and officer liability, fraudulent transfer and clawback litigation, and enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. He has successfully represented clients in multi-million-dollar disputes, achieving favorable outcomes through both litigation and negotiated resolutions.

Known for his practical and results-driven counsel, Menton regularly assists clients in protecting their rights and maximizing recoveries in distressed and high-risk situations. His work includes advising on complex Chapter 11 proceedings, litigating fiduciary duty claims, and guiding clients through asset acquisitions and restructuring strategies.
