Robins Kaplan partner Bill Webster will speak on a panel titled, “What’s an Occurrence Got to Do with It? A Case Study in Adjusting Remarkably Complex Builder’s Risk Claims” at the Loss Executives Association 2026 Annual Meeting & Educational Conference.
The session will explore lessons from a seasoned claims team on a highly complex Builder’s Risk claim involving more than 45 dates of loss, late notification of loss, a disputed number of occurrences, and a DSU claim submitted nearly two years after project completion.
