On Tuesday, May 27, partner Denise Rahne will speak on a panel hosted by the Twin Cities Estate Planning Council titled, “Resolving Trust and Estate Disputes Through Mediation.”

The panel will focus on the role of mediation in resolving trust and estate disputes. Panelists will share insights on the importance of mediation, mediation strategies and techniques, and why mediation is especially important in highly charged disputes between family members in the trust and estate context. Key topics will include the benefits of mediation, managing emotions during mediation, ethical considerations, and other issues unique to the trust and estate context. The panelists will provide real-world examples and case studies to illustrate successful outcomes and emphasize the importance of mediation in trust and estate disputes.
