Aaron Fahrenkrog is a trial lawyer who represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex patent litigation and strategic IP monetization. With a background in chemical engineering, he brings technical fluency to disputes involving semiconductor fabrication, 3D graphics rendering, and circuit architecture. Aaron has led matters involving billions in claimed damages and consistently delivers high-value results. His strategic approach breaks down complexity to build efficient, persuasive cases that maximize value and minimize uncertainty.
Cyrus Morton leads the firm’s Patent Office Trials Group and is a member of the Executive Board. With more than 25 years of experience, he advises a broad range of clients—from individual inventors to global enterprises—on all facets of IP litigation. He made history as the first, and still only, attorney to handle all four types of post-grant proceedings under the America Invents Act, solidifying his reputation as a national leader in PTAB practice. To date, he has served as lead counsel in more than 100 IPR proceedings.
Logan Drew chairs the firm’s National IP and Technology Group. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex patent infringement matters, technology licensing, and contractual disputes relating to clients’ critical IP assets. His litigation experience spans a wide range of technical fields, including semiconductor fabrication techniques and process control, integrated circuit design/architecture and power and thermal management, high-speed interfaces, and more. Logan is known for setting a strategic tone early, leveraging intensive preparation to create momentum and pressure in critical disputes.
Emily Tremblay is a patent litigator focused on protecting and monetizing IP across a range of high-tech and life sciences industries. She has represented clients in multi-million-dollar disputes involving pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, medical devices, and more. A former federal judicial clerk, Emily draws on deep litigation insight to craft innovative strategies that deliver results in high-stakes litigation. Her work has earned her multiple industry accolades, including recognition as an “IP Rising Star” and “Attorney of the Year.”
