Mirapex Products Liability Cases
Represented more than 280 plaintiffs in the first Mirapex products liability bellwether trial. The jury returned a verdict for $8,279,300 for failing to warn of risk of compulsive behaviors, including pathological gambling, from the Parkinson's drug Mirapex. After the verdict, we engaged in settlement negotiations with the defendants and confidentially settled all of the firm's remaining Mirapex cases.
