Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy v. Phillips Beverage Company

Robins Kaplan served as trial counsel for the defendant in a $100 million international arbitration proceeding brought by a French multi-national seller of luxury goods and arising from alleged breach of trademark license agreement. We obtained a complete defense verdict and an award of fees from a unanimous three member panel.
