Robins Kaplan serves as court-appointed co-lead counsel for a class of indirect purchasers of interior molded doors. The Firm crafted one of the first indirect purchaser complaints alleging that defendants, two major manufacturers of interior molded doors, engaged in an unlawful conspiracy to fix prices. In September 2019, the judge upheld the complaint and partially denied the defendants’ motion to dismiss. The case is ongoing.
