Caraustar Industries, Inc. v. Factory Mutual Insurance Co.
Flood/Earthquake/Blizzard
Obtained summary judgment for Factory Mutual Insurance Company over claims of coverage for $22 million for properties damaged in September 2009. We prevailed by showing that our client’s all-risks insurance policy contained a flood exclusion and that the plain language of the policy provided no coverage.
