BMK
Represented the 10th largest full service distributor of general merchandise products and specialty items in the United States (BMK). After suffering several financial reversals, the company defaulted on approximately $96 million in debt. In cooperation with the secured lender, the company filed a Chapter 11 in order to consummate a sale of substantially all of the company’s assets. We managed the sale process, which resulted in the consummation of the sale of the company’s assets for approximately $72 million.
