Secured Summary Judgment on Behalf of Medical Device Company Dismissing Monopolization and Fraud Claims
Augustine Medical, Inc. v. Mallinckrodt, Inc., et al., 01-cv-00387 (D. Del.)
Robins Kaplan represented a medical device inventor against monopolization and Walker Process fraud counterclaims in a patent infringement suit. The antitrust counterclaims were dismissed after summary judgment was granted in favor of the plaintiff.
