Janssen/Alza v. Amneal Pharms. LLC
Robins Kaplan LLP served as counsel for Amneal in Hatch-Waxman patent litigation in the District of Delaware involving a number of patents related to ADHD medication Concerta (methylphenidate). The parties stipulated to dismissal on July 26, 2017.
