Murray v. Grocery Delivery E-Services USA Inc.

Robins Kaplan, serving as court-appointed co-lead counsel for consumer plaintiffs, successfully secured a $14 million settlement in a putative class action filed in late 2019 against meal kit delivery company HelloFresh for alleged violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). According to the complaint, HelloFresh flooded former customers with unwanted telemarketing calls. The settlement represents the largest in Massachusetts state history for cases arising under TCPA.
