Represented plaintiff in competitor dispute involving claims of trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of the corporate opportunities doctrine, and intentional interference. Obtained favorable settlement against the client’s former executive and general manager who started competing business using client’s confidential information.
