Robins Kaplan served as lead defense counsel for a dietary supplements manufacturer in a putative nationwide class action challenging health related claims in dietary supplement products for lack of substantiation. The firm achieved a confidential settlement and stipulated dismissal after moving to dismiss and before discovery.
