Defended Licensee in Software License Audit and $20 Million Royalties Demand Brought by Dell

On behalf of a global ecommerce company, Robins Kaplan LLP provided defense of a software license audit and demand of $20 million in royalties brought by Dell and regarding calculation of royalties for software seat licenses. The firm reached a successful resolution of zero payment for licensee before litigation.
