- Successfully moved to transfer action to the District of Massachusetts.
- In the District of Massachusetts (Purdue Pharma, L.P. v. Collegium Pharm., Inc., 15-13099-FDS (D. Mass.)):
- Obtained a judgment of invalidity of three Orange Book-listed patents.
- Obtained summary judgment of non-infringement of two additional patents.
- In the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (Collegium Pharm., Inc. v. Purdue Pharma L.P., PGR2018-00048):
- Obtained post-grant review of patent that was a continuation of a parent patent filed well before 2013.
