Reached Consent Judgment for Medical Products Manufacturer in Patent Litigation Relating to Ventilator Technology

DRAGERWERK AG v. ALLIED HEALTHCARE PRODUCTS
After losing a preliminary injunction and filing for a reissue patent in litigation relating to medical technology used in ventilators, Robins Kaplan LLP obtained consent judgment—a total victory—on behalf of medical and safety equipment manufacturer Drägerwerk (“Draeger”) against Allied Healthcare Products. Robins Kaplan filed suit on behalf of Draeger in October 2013 and reached a settlement in February 2016.
