Reached Settlement for Medical Products Manufacturer in Patent Litigation Relating to Ventilator Technology

DRAGER MEDICAL GMBH ET AL v. MAQUET INC. ET AL (D. Del.)
Robins Kaplan LLP reached a settlement on behalf of medical products manufacturer Draeger Medical, resolving patent litigation relating to Draeger’s flagship Evita® ventilator product used for acute respiratory care. Robins Kaplan filed suit on behalf of Draeger in October 2009 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and reached a settlement in December 2010.
